What is Herberall?

Herberall is a nootropic product from the company Nutriumph Supplements. As of right now, it's the only product they have on the market. They created Herberall as a safer alternative to potentially dangerous study drugs like Adderall.

Herberall's formula includes 12 nootropics and 4 vitamins. They all work together to provide an increase in focus and energy, improved mood, and decreased anxiety. All of its ingredients are natural or extracted from natural sources.

Unfortunately, since Herberall uses a proprietary formula, the exact dosages of each nootropic are unknown. Proprietary formulas are protected and don't have to include the dosage – only the ingredients.

However, the exact dosage of one ingredient is know: caffeine. According to the product's website, one serving (2 capsules) of Herberall contains a whopping 261 milligrams (mg) of caffeine. By contrast, a 12-ounce can of Red Bull contains only 111 mg of caffeine.

Before we get to our Herberall review, let's take a look at its ingredients in more detail.

Herberall Ingredients

Yerba Mate Powder & Extract – A natural caffeine source that may aid in weight loss by suppressing appetite and burning fat.

Caffeine Anhydrous – This is simply caffeine powder.

D-Ribose – This is a substance that plays a role in energy production and may improve mood and boost energy levels.

Ashwagandha – An adaptogenic plant that can reduce anxiety, boost mood, and improve overall cognition.

Green Tea Leaf Extract – Green tea contains a number of natural nootropic substances, including caffeine, l-theanine, and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). It's on our list of nootropic foods.

L-Theanine – A non-essential amino acid that is able to reduce anxiety without causing sedation.

Dimethylethanolamine (DMAE) – This is a natural compound that reduces the buildup of beta-amyloid, aka “age pigment,” which is associated with cognitive decline.

Panax Ginseng – A nootropic plant that has been used for centuries to improve mood, immunity, and overall cognition.

Guarana Seed Extract – A a naturally occurring caffeine source. The guarana seed contains more caffeine than the coffee bean.

Bacopa Monnieri – Another adaptogenic plant that has been shown to boost mood, decrease anxiety, and improve overall cognitive functioning.

Huperzia Serrate Extract – This is a natural source of the well-known nootropic Huperzine A.

Herberall also contains vitamins A, D3, B6, and B12. These vitamins are all essential for optimal functioning. They work together to help your body and brain to get the most out of the nootropic substances listed above.

Now that we've taken a look at what's in this powerful product, let's get to the Herberall review.

Herberall Review

The first day that I tried Herberall, I took 2 capsules (one serving) in the morning with a small meal. Usually, I have either a cup of coffee or green tea in the morning, but I skipped it because Herberall contains plenty of caffeine and I didn't want to overdo it.

Herberall Review 2

Within 45 minutes, I felt alert and ready to tackle the day. This wasn't surprising since Herberall contains more than twice the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee or double-brewed green tea, which is how I drink it.

Fortunately, Herberall also contains green tea extract, which has l-theanine in it, as well as actual l-theanine. L-theanine cancels out many of caffeine's negative effects like anxiety and a crash several hours after consumption. Herberall's high caffeine content isn't an issue for me, as I'm not particularly sensitive to caffeine, but I know a lot of people who are.

I got a ton of work done on that first day I took Herberall. I had plenty of energy and my mood seemed to be a little better than usual. There was no question that my productivity was increased.

For the next 3 days, I continued to take 2 capsules of Herberall shortly after waking. I took it with a small meal, which is what the manufacturer recommends. Some of Herberall's ingredients can cause upset stomach and taking it with a meal can eliminate that possibility.

I only took Herberall for 4 days, as I only had a 4-day sample to try. During those 4 days, though, I can definitely say that my productivity was higher than usual. I got everything done that I wanted to and then some.

Unfortunately, I probably didn't get to experience everything that Herberall has to offer. Several of its ingredients work best when taken regularly for several weeks. That being said, this product gave me more of a boost on day 1 than just about any other that I've tried.

Drugs like Adderall are incredibly powerful stimulants. Herberall, while not as strong as Adderall, comes about as close as any of the products I've tried. And its ingredients are all natural, extracted from natural sources.

Normally, I'm not a fan of nootropic blends containing caffeine. However, in this case, I'm making an exception. It would be nearly impossible to even attempt to mimic Adderall's effects without some sort of stimulant. As far as stimulants go, caffeine has more research and a better side effect profile than anything else.

I'd recommend Herberall to anyone who is looking for a powerful nootropic and isn't hyper-sensitive to caffeine. The l-theanine and green tea extract in Herberall will mitigate many of caffeine's side effects. Still, if you're exceptionally sensitive to caffeine, since it contains such a large amount, you should be careful with Herberall.

You can get this product from the Herberall website. Compared to other similar nootropic products, I think that Herberall's price is very reasonable. If you're looking for a strong, stimulating nootropic to help you increase productivity and boost mood, consider giving Herberall a shot.
