Nooflux Axon & Flow (The Infinity Stack)
As nootropics continue to grow in popularity, more and more companies are coming out with nootropic blends. In this post, I'm going to review The Infinity Stack, a nootropic blend by Nooflux.
Nooflux is a new nootropic startup which currently has two products: Axon and Flow. These two nootropic blends make up what they call The Infinity Stack. Taken together, Axon and Flow have a synergistic effect, boosting each others' effectiveness. Let's take a look at what's in each.
Axon
Axon contains eight ingredients: 3 B vitamins, 3 adaptogens, and 2 other nootropics. Here are the ingredients, the dosages, and what they do:
Vitamin B12 (5 mcg), B1 (3 mg), and B6 (5 mg) – B vitamins are taken to increase energy and are involved in a number of important biological processes.
Huperzine A (10 mg) – Prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter known to play a role in memory and learning
Bacopa Monnieri (300 mg) – A potent adaptogen known to improve memory, focus, and mood
Ashwagandha (300 mg) – Another powerful adaptogen which can improve mood, reduce anxiety, and boost overall cognitive function
Alpha-GPC (300 mg) – An excellent choline source
Lion's Mane (500 mg) – A third adaptogen known to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and improve cognition
As you can see, Axon is packed with a number of powerful adaptogens and nootropics that we've written about here at the Nootropics Zone. They're all known to have excellent safety profiles and have plenty of science to support their use.
Axon is just one part of The Infinity Stack. The other part is called Flow and contains the following ingredients.
Flow
Noopept (15 mg) – This is a popular nootropic known to improve memory, focus and, in some people, mood
Vinpocetine (15 mg) – Improves memory, learning, and overall cognition
Caffeine (100 mg) – Improves wakefulness, focus, and mood
L-Theanine (140 mg) – Reduces anxiety and several caffeine side effects
Rhodiola Rosea (180 mg) – Reduces fatigue, improves mood and cognition
Alpha-GPC (250 mg) – Choline source
Like Axon, Flow is loaded with powerful nootropics that work together synergistically. What this means is that they work better together than individually. The ingredients in Flow compliment each other nicely, boosting each others' effectiveness.
All the dosages of each nootropic have been chosen based on current research. They've all been shown to be both safe and effective at these dosages. This, in my opinion, is where The Infinity Stack really shines.
Many other nootropic blends tend to use arbitrary dosages for each ingredient. Both Axon and Flow use dosages found in clinical trials, taking all the guesswork out of it for the user. Of course, some people require higher dosages to notice the benefits, but the dosages of each should be adequate for most people.
Another thing that I really liked about these products is that they list the exact amount of each ingredient. Most other nootropic blends just list the total amount of all the nootropics in their blend. Nooflux lists the precise amount of each nootropic in each product and this is a big plus. You should always know what you're putting in your body and both Axon and Flow allow you to do just that.
There are really only two negative things I have to say about Axon and Flow, and one of them will only apply to a small percentage of readers. Some nootropic users who are hypersensitive to caffeine may want to stay away from Flow. It contains 100 mg of caffeine, which is about as much as a cup of coffee. Axon, on the other hand, does not contain any caffeine.
The only other negative – and of course I don't blame Nooflux for this – is that several of the nootropics in the Infinity Stack take weeks for the full effects to be felt. Adaptogens like ashwagandha, bacopa, and lion's mane can take weeks before their full benefits take shape.
The Infinity Stack (Axon and Flow) Review
I only used Axon and Flow for three days but it was enough to notice several benefits. Each day for three days, I took 1 capsule of Flow in the morning and 2 capsules of Axon in the afternoon.
The first day, I didn't notice much. I regularly consume caffeine, so I wasn't expecting much from that. One thing I did notice on the first day, though, was that my energy didn't drop off in the afternoon like it usually does. I stayed motivated and productive much later into the day than I usually do.
The second day, the effects were noticeable before I'd even taken a single capsule. I woke up in a better mood than usual and felt unusually refreshed upon waking. I took 1 capsule of Flow and the morning went by quickly. I was focused and productive, easily going from task to task with ease.
In the afternoon, I noticed the same thing I'd noticed the day before. Usually, I hit the wall by mid-afternoon and my productivity plummets. On that second day of taking Axon and Flow, it didn't. I took 2 capsules of Flow shortly after lunch and was just as productive in the afternoon as I was in the morning.
The next day, same thing. I woke up in a good mood, took 1 capsule of Axon, and started my work for the day. The morning was filled with productivity and quickly turned into the afternoon. I felt like things were just “clicking” faster and that my mind was operating a little bit smoother than usual. I took 2 Flow capsules in the afternoon and stayed focused on my work until the early evening.
I only took the Infinity Stack for three days, but it was long enough to convince me of its effectiveness. In the future, I may try taking Axon and Flow for several weeks to see if I notice any added benefits over time. Based on the ingredients of the Infinity Stack, its effectiveness should only continue to increase over time, peaking around three or four weeks.
Conclusion
In my opinion, Axon and Flow are both excellent products. Unlike most other nootropic blends, all the ingredients and their dosages are clearly listed on the packaging. They've all been scientifically studied and shown to be both safe and effective. And also unlike many other nootropic blends, Axon and Flow are both reasonably priced.
If you're looking for a powerful pre-made nootropic stack, Axon and Flow by Nooflux is an excellent choice. The ingredients work, they're safe, and they won't cost you a fortune. Add in the attractive packaging and you've got two great products.
You can find both Axon and Flow on Amazon.
Are the B vitamins in the Axon product methylated?
I’m not sure. You’d have to contact Nooflux and ask them.
