At the bottom of the page is another menu. This one has links to even more information about Natural Stacks: how to contact them, their story, return policy, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and a lot more.

When you go to Products in the top menu, you can shop by benefit or you can shop by product type. The types of products that Natural Stacks offer are capsules, gummies, bites, and drinks. The benefit categories include Focus and Memory, Sleep and Relaxation, Mood and Stress Relief, Aging and Longevity, and Brain Essentials. I have to say, I love the way their products are organized. It's similar to how the articles here on the Nootropics Zone website are organized. This makes it easy to find what you're looking for based on the results you're trying to achieve.

Under Stacks, you'll find a few nootropic stacks including the Brain Food Stack and the Mental Performance Stack. These include two-or-more products at a reduced price compared to if you purchased them individually. You also have the option to build your own custom stack from scratch. And lastly, under Best Sellers you'll find – no surprises here – Natural Stacks' best-selling products.

Natural Stacks Review

UPDATE 5/2026: Below is the original review I wrote after placing my first order with Natural Stacks in May of 2020. I've since ordered from them multiple times – as recently as 3 months ago – and have never been disappointed. They continue to offer high-quality products at a reasonable price. I recommend this company even more today than I did 6 years ago when I wrote the original review because they've proven that they can stand the test of time. I should also mention that shipping has been faster (usually 3-4 days) on all orders I've placed since that first one, which was during the pandemic. 

As always, I wanted to place an order and try at least one of their products before writing this Natural Stacks review. I'd heard of the company and knew they had a good reputation in the nootropics community but had never ordered from them before.

After browsing the Natural Stacks website, I found two products that I wanted to try: Dopamine Brain Food and GABA Brain Food. I was already familiar with the ingredients they contain, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from both of them. I added them to my cart and headed to the checkout.

First, I filled in my information: name, address, etc. Then, I was given several shipping options. Since I wasn't in any hurry to receive my order, I went with the free shipping option.

My package arrived 7 days after I placed the order (5 business days). I was pleasantly surprised to get it as soon as I did. Most of the other packages I've gotten over the past couple months have taken much longer due to the pandemic slowing down shipping times. The packaging was secure but easy to open. It wasn't nearly as sedating as a prescription anxiolytic (anti-anxiety drug), but I did feel calmer and fell asleep very easily that night.

The next morning, I took the recommended dosage of Dopamine Brain Fuel: again, 3 capsules. I took the capsules with my morning cup of double-brewed green tea. While I didn't feel overstimulated or anything like that, I did find it easier to get my work done for the day. When doing my writing for the day, the words seemed to flow a little quicker and smoother than usual.

For the next few weeks, I continued to take 3 capsules of Dopamine Brain Fuel in the morning and 3 caps of GABA Brain Fuel in the evening. Some of their effects seemed to get stronger over time, which I was expecting. There's no question in my mind: both products contained exactly what they were supposed to. The results I got from these products were consistent with past experiences I've had with those ingredients.
