In this review, we'll be looking at two of those products: Mind and Zen.

Mind is a nootropic formula specifically designed to improve memory and focus. It contains a number of scientifically-tested nootropics that have been shown to be both safe and effective for most people. Zen is a formula designed for stress support. Mind and Zen Review

Before starting Wellpath's Mind and Zen, I gave myself a couple weeks of taking no other nootropics so I could be sure any results I felt were not due to something else. When I started taking Mind and Zen, I took one serving (2 capsules) of each daily.

Wellpath Mind ReviewOn day one, I took Mind in the morning. The effects were very subtle, but I noticed that I was feeling a bit more productive and in a better mood by mid-morning. Mind only contains 50 mg of caffeine, so I knew the effects couldn't simply be explained by that alone.

Throughout the day, I got a lot done and felt pretty good. It's hard to say if that was due to taking Mind or if I was simply having a good day. I knew that several of the ingredients in Mind can take up to a few weeks to really work, but others can start working from day one.

That night, I took 2 capsules of Wellpath's Zen. I took them about an hour before bed and it was the most restful night of sleep I'd gotten in a long time. Not only did I fall asleep faster than usual, I slept through the night, only getting up once to use the bathroom. Then, I fell right back asleep and woke up in the morning feeling refreshed and in a good mood.

I wasn't at all surprised by the effect that Zen had on my sleep. I'd taken most of its ingredients in the past and knew that they were effective, though never together. Wellpath's Zen contains the right blend of calming nootropics that can ease stress, reduce anxiety, and promote restful sleep.

The next day, same thing: 2 capsules of Mind in the morning and 2 capsules of Zen at night. I don't know if it was because I'd gotten such a good night's sleep, but I felt energized and in a good mood all day long. I got a lot of work done and felt pretty good doing it.

Over the course of the next two weeks, I continued taking 2 capsules of Mind and 2 of Zen by Wellpath daily. As expected, some of the effects grew stronger over time. Many of the ingredients of both can take time to really start to work. Ashwagandha, rhodiola, bacopa, and lion's mane, are all nootropics that I'd taken before and knew that they can take 2-4 (or sometimes longer) weeks to really kick in.

By the time I'd been taking Wellpath's Mind and Zen for two weeks, I was definitely noticing several positive effects. Most notably, my mood was consistently better and I had a considerable reduction in anxiety. Given the impressive list of ingredients in both products, I wasn't surprised. Many of them have been studied and found to have these effects.

Wellpath Zen ReviewAnother positive effect that started on day one (well, night one) and continued the whole time was better sleep. After taking Wellpath's Zen, I was falling asleep faster and sleeping deeper, waking up feeling refreshed every morning.

Better sleep, improved mood, and reduced anxiety: Put these three things together and the result is increased productivity, more creativity, and an overall sense of well-being. That's what I felt after taking Mind and Zen by Wellpath for a couple weeks.

If I had continued to take these products longer, the effects might have gotten even stronger. I was very pleased by the whole experience. I didn't notice any negatives (side effects) whatsoever. After taking Wellpath's Mind and Zen for two weeks, I can confidently say that they do what they're supposed to do. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to improve their mood, reduce anxiety, and increase productivity.

Thoughts about Mind and Zen by Wellpath

I really liked everything about these products. As you can see from the list of positives and negatives at the top, there are a lot of the former and very few of the latter. I really racked my brain trying to come up with more negatives but they just weren't there. Even after taking Mind and Zen for a couple weeks when my mind was extra sharp, I still couldn't come up with any others!

The packaging on all of Wellpath's products is simple, attractive, and easy to read. As you may know, if you've read other reviews on this site, I hate it when companies hide their ingredients by claiming a proprietary formula. Wellpath's products don't do that. Each ingredient is clearly listed along with the exact amount.

Wellpath Mind and Zen at AmazonAnother thing I really like about Mind and Zen is that they are both very reasonably priced. Either product can be effective on its own, but they definitely work better when taken together. Buying a bottle of both Mind and Zen is cheaper than buying a single bottle of most other nootropic blends.

When companies started sending us products to review a few years ago, they were often poorly researched and overpriced. Now that there is a lot of competition out there, nootropic products have improved greatly. Mind and Zen by Wellpath represent the best of what the nootropic world currently has to offer. Their ingredients are well-researched, prices reasonable, packaging attractive, and products easy to use. I would definitely recommend both Mind and Zen to anyone interested in improving their mood, reducing stress, and improving overall cognitive performance.

Whether you're new to the wonderful world of cognitive enhancement or a seasoned nootropic user, Zen and Mind by Wellpath has a lot to offer. You can get both Mind and Zen at Amazon.
