Over the past few years, there's been no shortage of new products hitting the nootropics market. Some contain as few as two-or-three ingredients. Others contain dozens of brain-boosting substances.

In this review, we're going to take a look at Nureltro, a new product that falls into the latter category. It's packed with 27 cognition-enhancing ingredients. But before we get to our Nureltro review, let's first take a look at what Nureltro is.

What is Nureltro?

Nureltro is a nootropic blend from Eneuvos Bionutriceuticals, a company formerly-known as NootriSys. Nureltro contains 27 ingredients, all of which have been scientifically-shown to improve cognition.

Unlike many other nootropic products, Nureltro doesn't hide the amounts of its ingredients. On the label, you'll find exactly how much of each ingredient it contains. Many other products claim that their formula is proprietary so they don't have to tell you exactly what's in it. Nureltro is transparent and wants you to know what it contains.

In Nureltro you'll find 2 choline sources, 4 amino acids/peptides, 18 antioxidants, 20 anti-inflammatories, 4 adaptogens, 6 vitamins, 3 minerals, and 1 ingredient that enhances absorption. All of its ingredients have plenty of science to support both their safety and effectiveness. Here are just some of Nureltro's powerful nootropic ingredients:

Bacopa Monnieri – a potent adaptogenic herb known to improve several aspects of cognition.

Alpha-GPC – a choline source that increases levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) – a substance that has been used in medicine for decades and shows lots of promise as a nootropic.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ACLAR) – a well-known nootropic that may also aid in fat loss.

Piperine – extracted from pepper, this substance increases the absorption of several other ingredients.

Ashwagandha – another adaptogen with tons of nootropic and general health benefits.

L-Theanine – a non-essential amino acid found in green tea that reduces anxiety and improves cognitive performance.

CDP-Choline – another powerful choline booster.

Vitamins B1, B3, B6, & B12 – these are essential vitamins that the body and brain uses for energy, metabolism, and other processes.

These are just some of Nureltro's ingredients. Its complex formula is based on the latest research in the fields of medicine, cognitive enhancement, and neuroscience. Now that we've taken a look at this powerful nootropic product, let's get to our Nureltro review.

Nureltro Review

It's been several months since I've tried a new nootropic product, so I was eager to give Nureltro a shot. After glancing at its impressive list of ingredients, I knew that Nureltro should pack a powerful nootropic punch. And after using it for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say that it doesn't disappoint.

Nureltro comes in an attractive round bottle which lists not only its ingredients but also their dosages. Many products claim that they have a “proprietary blend” so they don't have to list the exact dosages. Nureltro doesn't do this, which is important to me. Not only do I get to know exactly what's in the product, it tells me that Nureltro wants me to know what's in it.

At one time or another, I've tried just about all of Nureltro's ingredients. However, I've never taken them all together and at the dosages found in this product. But generally, I knew what to expect from taking Nureltro. I should also mention that Nureltro doesn't contain any caffeine. This is another plus to me. That way, it can be taken later in the day without having to worry about insomnia.

The recommended dosage of Nureltro is 1-6 capsules a day. Their website lists a number of different dosing strategies which, to be honest, seems a bit overcomplicated. I'd say if you haven't tried many (or any) nootropics, start with 1 capsule and work your way up as needed. Based on the dosages of each ingredient, I'd expect most people to get good results with 3-4 caps a day.

Since I've been using nootropics for years, I decided to start by taking 2 capsules twice a day. On day one, I took 2 caps of Nureltro in the morning with a small cup of coffee and some scrambled eggs. It's suggested that you take Nureltro with a small meal to help the absorption of some of its ingredients. A little while later, I got started on my work for the day.

About an hour after taking the two Nureltro capsules, I noticed that I was a little more engaged in my work than usual. It'd been several months since I'd taken any nootropics (other than caffeine, vitamins, and minerals), so the difference was noticeable. I didn't feel like Superman or anything like that, but I definitely got a lot done that morning and was in a good, productive mood.

In the early afternoon, I took 2 more Nureltro capsules. I didn't notice any additional benefits on that first day, but I continued to feel good and stayed engaged in my work until the evening. Several of Nureltro's ingredients need to be taken daily for several weeks to experience their full effects, while others start working right away. I expected it to work a little better with each passing day and that's exactly what happened.

For the first week I was taking Nureltro, I took 2 capsules twice a day. By the end of that week, its effects were definitely more noticeable. For one, my mood was better. I always get a touch of seasonal depression around this time of year. Nureltro improved my mood, which allowed me to be much more productive. I also noticed an improvement in focus and a decrease in general anxiety. Things that would usually stress me out a little bit became effortless.

I decided to bump up the dosage for week number two. Instead of taking 2 capsules twice a day, I started taking 3 caps twice a day. The difference was noticeable on the very first day: subtle, but definitely noticeable. Over the course of that second week, Nureltro's benefits became even more pronounced. My mood, energy levels, focus, anxiety, and overall productivity were improved.

After using for Nureltro daily for two weeks, I can definitely say that it delivers what it promises. With so many well-researched ingredients, I never doubted that it would. But now I know for sure that Nureltro is a high-quality nootropic blend that packs a potent cognition-enhancing punch. I would certainly recommend it to both beginners and people who are experienced nootropic users. With so many powerful ingredients, most people should get at least some benefit from using Nureltro.

The only real criticism I have of Nureltro is the price. It's one of the more expensive nootropic blends. But it's not hard to figure out why. With so many ingredients, it probably costs an arm and a leg to produce. If you're on a tight budget, Nureltro might not be right for you. But if it's within your price range, Nureltro is an excellent product that should give you the cognitive boost you're looking for.

Nureltro is available on the company's website. Each bottle contains 120 vegetarian capsules. Depending on your daily dosage, that's anywhere from 20-120 servings. You might also like to check out some of our other reviews here: Nootropic Reviews.
